Business deposits

Any thoughts or insights on the business deposits team under Chris Starr? I recently applied for a position. Pay range is great but I’m wondering what leadership is like.

Take the pay range and cut it in half. Toss the top half. Now you have a realistic pay range. If you have 30 yrs experience and are known to be good then expect to be paid 1-2% below the top of new pay range. Most w 10-15 yrs experience should plan on the new half point to 75% point. Don’t plan on more than 2% raises and then if you are now happy with this pay range you can start asking questions about the group.

This guy is a joke. Another JPM reject. I know for a fact that every one of his DRs don’t respect him. I absolutely hate work with him and his group.
