Then put some corporate lackey in charge who added endless rules and rewarded toxic people. And now those few of us left are desperately looking for a way out. I'm honestly not sure how is this a net positive for FIS.

@dq for those from different departments, how many team members did you lose? Just to give some perspective.
@d6 Totally agree with you. there are one or two people in every team continuously work without any complaints and doesn't allow the systems to fail and that is running this company.
As long as business continues as normal, FIS will believe they have made the right decision. All the people that are working harder to keep up with extra work and responsibility out of fear are just helping FIS prove that it made the right decision.

Until something catastrophically fails, they will continue. Although based on recent experience, there are lots of technical problems happening. But, until it prevents critical business functions, such as processing payments or accessing accounts, this will go on. Another day in business allows those in charge to squeeze more juice out of this dried out husk.
