@41e It is just a scam to cut more costs by laying off senior (VP+) employees and consolidate their work or replace with AVPs. Ultimately put it all in India as a GCC- all the other banks are doing this now.

The whole "use Copilot and experiment" thing is a way for the system to examine and monitor how we process our work- with the end goal of automating what they can. What can't be automated will be shipped to India to a giant call center.
So, unless you want to get demoted to cleaning toilets or accept a relo package to Hydrabad, I guess you are out of luck.
