CCA in Carelon Insights (PI) is a trash dump

This is the worst area to work in. The Directors are incompetent, treat their managers and direct reports with total disrespect under JS. Some of the Directors talk behind their direct reports back to other departments, accuse them falsely and are tanking their business lines. I heard the switch of Directors to other business lines is not going well and team members are aborting as fast as they can. Executives do not listen to team members who have been in PI working in this line of business for many years and are allowing incompetent Directors to mismanage teams and bully them. It’s awful what is happening in CCA(Complex Clinical Audit).

@vf Well considering everyone else has to go to the office it is a bad thing to try to exclude your team. What makes you so special you don’t have to go into the office to “collaborate”. Just proves how some think they are above company policy.

I am in CCA as well and I just don't understand this complaint. The VP trying to keep us from having to go into the office--that's a bad thing? Teammembers are "aborting"--who?? One lady retired. She'd been there forever. "The switch of directors"--I can only think of one person who changed positions recently, and if she's "not working out" then that's a Her problem, because she can have a personality like broken glass sometimes. Managers are drowning? Yes, they're drowning in meetings, and this is something that's fixable. I dunno man, I just don't get it.

Ironic to read this. JS went to HR and received an exemption for the entire CCA department to work remotely full-time, stating she could not hire external candidates for her 60 open roles, because competitors offered fully remote positions and the same compensation. Nobody bothered to ask why no internal candidates applied, and its because its well known within the organization she is lying about their work effort and recovery dollars, is toxic as can be, and a deplorable leader who has no integrity and uses being on pacific time to avoid most meetings and delegate everything down, to keep her name out of any decisions. She manages up to her boss very well and he is utterly clueless about what is really going on over there.

Yes I completely agree. I work in this business line and why more eyebrows have not been raised is frankly deeply concerning. The bullying and constant harassment is beyond belief. The managers are drowning and the Directors are just middle layers passing work and changing direction every hour that do zero actual work.
