Support, topcredit, leads&keyholders, at my store too.
Whoever does the most work for the least amount of money running around like a chicken with your head cut off gets best of belk. or if you open a ton of credits. or manager favoritism. that's about it.
It’s literally mostly support associates and leads/key holders or top credit producers. Same in every store. It’s bizarre, same people year after year, or random new people who are buddies with the manager. It’s so bizarre, because now they try to keep quiet about it. The best of belk ceremony is gone.
it's all manager pets. some will be-doverbackwards for managers. pretty lame if you ask me.
