Just got off a call where Project Phoenix will be implemented- first in back office functions previously outsourced to India, PR, etc. Next will be the sales force. Strange that optimizing internal processes are the first targets instead of improving the state relationship but here we are. You will see me exit Gainwell soon. Improve state relationships…. Hahahaha. How will that happen when Gainwell steals from them, lies about what can be delivered, and delivers nothing?
Not any lower-hanging than those generic inboxes corp. to help employees and never respond. I would take an Ai over that.
Sounds like another excuse to shed US jobs. I feel for friends who still work at Gainwell, especially those who have been marginalized by toxic "leadership". They could become low hanging fruit.
