I wonder how many in leadership positions read these topics and comments? Maybe they ignore it all as just annoying noise.

Pretty sure I heard Loki mention reading this site’s content in a town hall last year. Luckily, I took early retirement thinking things would get worse. Based on what I read here, I made the right choice. Just hope my friends and other decent people are doing OK. The rest can suffer from their self-provided consequences.
Oh they are reading it. At least their minions are anyway.
@OP Who cares whether or not Humana leadership reads these posts.
I know for a fact that the following are reading and taking note:
—General Public (effecting Humana’s Public Image)
—Potential or Current Shareholders
—People considering applying for a job at Humana (to get a feel for the atmosphere)
—Competitors of Humana (e.g., Elevance, Cigna, United, Optum, Centene, etc.)
—Current and Past Humana Employees
—Public Attorneys
—Better Business Bureau
—Government Officials (some in the very highest of positions and the staff that work for them)
—Members of the Medical Community
