New Center of Excellence being created under Sabrina Sanders’ Org to standardize data collection

Center of Excellence is straight out of "The Simpsons." Homer once got an award for "Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence". We are so ridiculous we are impossible to satire at this point
Sabrina Sanders is about 3 levels above where she should be. Only at AT&T.
Center of Excellence is just an excuse for follow the work action.
“Center of Excellence” we have all heard that before, and they end up being far from excellence, quite the opposite. Perhaps this is another opportunity to force work location changes, to get more people to leave.
Half our problem is letting Finance dictate business decisions. They are the ones that won't let us invest in anything without a 6-18 month ROI when it takes 12 months to complete a project. They think building networks is like trading pork bellies. Short term thinking has ki-led the company.
