Emea is not country. UAE is emea as well as UK or EU. And even EU is not single country. Each country have different labor laws

@cg 28.04 is reliable. Managers are told training week before for UK and then notify employee so that consultation can start. Not sure on timeline for discussion, but if no new job is found in Oracle, then the employee goes with whatever redundancy package they have
