Y’all this one is legit. If you’ve been paying attention to Michael Moran and the Ways of Working message they are systematically going through the entire Bank to do reorganization and lay offs in phases. Phase 1 was the end of January lay offs and reorganization for some groups in early February. Phase 2 is happening in June and Fraud is definitely on the docket. I imagine there will be a Phase 3 in Q3 and Phase 4 in Q4. Not a scare tactic just trying to actually inform yall that seem to just think this is smoke. It’s not, it’s reality. Just prepare yourselves for change. It’s all you can do.
