Do IP logs only count during certain hours?

We have to wait for the MC to consult the junior analysts at McKinsey for an answer.
9-3, but in true HR fashion, they won't put it in writing.
@ak I think this is why they're so wishy-washy about whether they're tracking hours, because they'd have to try and lay down exact rules, and with employees all across the country and the world it would be an enormous mess
CORE HOURS!!!!
@ag It's not that complicated. What if someone on the west coast starts at 7 a.m. or someone central time ends at 7 p.m.
Do those hours count? People need to know if they don't.
@ag so no meetings before 9am PST? Cool.
It’s not hard to understand. 3 days a week/8 hours a day in office.
If you travel, have out of office client meetings, keep a record.
“HR Transparency” is an oxymoron here.
@a6 they communicated the whole thing for "clarity" and they literally could not have muddled it more. Nobody has any idea what's going on now where as before people were like "whatever" and had adjusted to the new 3-ish days a week schedule.
I hate it here.
Nobody knows. Honest communication is too much to ask for from this batch of senior execs.
