Budget cuts and no new programs - people afraid to talk about the fact that they are just idle. I’m a SD been here 15 yrs and never seen it this bad

Busier than I've ever been this last year. Building up knowledge base, working on new processes and keeping things going til we can figure out a way to do it better. Sad if you got nothing to do.
@bc this what happens when you have a board member who sat there for 7 years approving everything while playing Monday morning quarterback as if he could do it better. How that work out ?
If organizations,systems and processes are broken this is what happens. Nobody knows exactly what they’re job is any more

@a1 some were told to wfh today others tomorrow. Whole thing is very suspicious. They say it's a Tax day break.. others told it's a reward for a good Quarter.....never had either one of those before!!!
Maybe WFH is the new office pizza party ...IDK
@OP This is the time when leaders lead, no matter who you are--regardless of level or role. Help those idle to take initiative and make decisions as to next best actions for the business. That will spur others to do the same. Tick tock.
