@OP UKG: "Our purpose is profits."
Front line Rapid Response in customer support was hit hard too. A lot of good people with lots of years of experience. They also trained India reps to Rapid Response customer support.
once you hire Indians, things will start to go down…. Never seen a company do well as hiring Indians for major works or managements
Based in the EU and not heard anything at all. To those of you who are receiving sad news today, I send you the best of wishes and best of luck for your future endeavours. Today may be a sad day but you will do well in the future. ❣️
@cv That's the way I have been looking at it. Either you're out a job or left to pick up the pieces of a mess some of the worst mismanagement of once great companies can create.
I took a sleeping pill to sleep but still woke up at 5 am. This whole thing of waiting until 9am to see if you’ll have a job or not is absolutely unnerving. Thinking of the other 13,000+ employees who are also going though this he-l…
@b4 as you wish, they did hire lots of incompetent people in India. Then they started to play politic games, hire their own people, bad mouth and so on..
What a sh---y company UKG is. When companies are trying to create and bring jobs back to the US this company is moving jobs to India. I hope the leadership of UKG moves to India
Great place to work????? Yeah right.
Unreal. From the heights of the Best Place to Work to bankrupt and sold out to India in a matter of 6 years. There may not be a crew in history to do less with more than the Kronos management team that was allowed to take over. An absolute cavalcade of idiocy. A masterclass in how to destroy yourself while thinking you were getting the job done. But hey! At least they were conscientious enough to let everyone know they were getting fired tomorrow. I much prefer “sleeping on” this than the last round where we all sat around waiting for an IM.
it’s caused by McKinsey & Company, and those Indians….
They’re not doing so hot and SaaS is struggling everywhere. I don’t see UKG going public for at least another two years if at all. I think there’s gonna be more, just not making money.
I wish I was shocked by this. It's all about their eventual IPO and how much money it makes the people at the top.
@a3 when we got let go in the 07/24 riff, they sent out a FedEx package. You could go to FedEx and see if you have a delivery coming.
Any idea how we can get a heads up if we’re on the chopping block? How are we expected to sleep tonight…
Piece of sh-t fu--ing company. I hope the people that run it rot alone in their ivory towers.
