They do this all the time. They keep telling us they got a fixing ticket out for this issue. Then the other excuse they had. They outsourced it and are having problems with the new outsourcing company.
Then they told us that the payroll issues are the result of the spinoff. Should I tell you what I think the real issue is? They’re trying to make the quarterly results good. By sc--wing around with employees pay.
The only thing they care about around this place is there overtime. They hired a perfect people. No matter what company does to them. There’s never file a class A lawsuit against Honeywell. Unless mess with their overtime, Monday through Sunday. Plus, holidays too.
Some people don’t get paid for about two or three months. I think the longest somebody’s ever had to wait for back pay. The record currently stands at six months.
I’m glad they hired the people they did. Work all that overtime. On Monday through Sunday. Then they can work the holidays too.
