It took them forever to ship me one. and if its past a date it goes up to the VP and senior
manager. Nevermind I call the IT shipping and explain the problem over and over.
Course your manager and upper management doesn';t care that its them. You are the
problem.
I just got an email from FedEx that O sent me a package to be delivered this coming Thursday so that is likely the box.
Send back brick, weight equivalent of laptop. Keep tracking slip and signed receipt. Blame IT receiving.
only send back computers and power supplies, monitors and other associated stuff is a parting gift, these are not tracked so...
save the box sent, you will use it to return computer, AMEX, badge, keys etc. You dont send no final $$
You will get them along with the box.
