Anyone know if the medical last till 4/30/26 or does it end on 4/10/26? When does Oracle pick up the 1 month of COBRA, May 1st?

Oracle employee medical insurance premiums are typically deducted per pay period. While standard deductions are processed with current earnings, the Oracle system specifically manages arrears for benefit deductions when an employee has insufficient earnings during a given period to cover the cost.
@as Healthcare is deducted in arrears., not in advance. Therefore it ends with the last paycheck.
If you are paying a health insurance premium each month, that is most likely being deducted from your paycheck. Your health insurance would end at the end of the month of your last day.
Your insurance coverage ends on the termination date (4/11). If you signs the separation agreement Oracle will pay for the first month of COBRA (4/12-5/11) and then you are on your own.
