Just do bare minimum, no difference from the banking is doing spending resources and time to micromanage/track.

I actually used to be kinda excited for work on Monday. It's hard to give any kind of ** now.

The non-stop lies, unethical behavior, boiling the frog on benefits, work/life balance, and compensation, offshoring, gaslighting, etc. It just ki-ls any respect of pride in the company and in the quality of my work.

This company has a serious ethics and integrity problem. And they're not going to get past it without purging the MC.
