A couple months ago I reported an egregious coffee badging colleague at the Charlotte office. He habitually swipes his badge, plugs his laptop in, grabs a hot drink, then unplugs his laptop and disappears for the entire day. I then see him pop up online about 30 minutes later but I don’t see him in person again for the rest of the day. I don’t know what HR did about it after my report since they can’t tell me, but it seems like it’s NOTHING because just this morning, it happened again. I guess I’ll keep submitting reports until something changes or HR tells me they at least reached out to him. I’ll report every last person that I see abusing the system. We need to get rid of these leeches.

Thank you for your service
All the coffee budging dummies need to go.
Fire them all.
@qn yes the leaders he graciously licks the nasty tu-d covered boots of and bends the knee in rusty nails and broken glass to try and gain one ounce of their eye or glance of approval and hope of admiration for being “a good boy”…

@OP has apparently never heard of - “snitches get stitches”…
No, but seriously, like others have said you spend all of your time worrying about the actions and whereabouts of some other employee and complain about it here and to HR for a company whose leaders wouldn’t pi-s on you if you were on fire in the Charlotte atrium let alone save your job from one of their cronies with zero experience.
Nobody likes a rat
Good job, Conrad. Truly. While your colleague is out living his best life with a hot beverage and a flexible schedule, you are out here doing the LORD'S WORK. Papers please. Badge check. Laptop plugged in? NOTED.
You didn't just report him once. You reported him MULTIPLE TIMES. You are keeping a LOG. You are MONITORING his movements. You are the hero this office never asked for and absolutely does not want.
I'm sure our warlord T will personally pin a little medal on your chest at the next town hall. Right before she fires you. Because while he went home and lived his life, you went home and typed this.
History is full of people who thought reporting their neighbors was a personality trait. Spoiler: it never ended well for the snitch.
Keep those reports coming, Herr Conrad. The Reich Office of Coffee Compliance salutes you. ☕🫡📋
The poor guy probably just went to another area to jump on some Zoom calls or attend in person meetings with his team members in a conference room, and here you are reporting him for not being within your line of sight all day. Get a life.
Troll - you must be fun at parties.
Not sure who you are, but you very well could be describing me as the coffee badger because that’s exactly what I do 3 times a week. And no, HR has not reached out to me and they probably won’t because my manager doesn’t care and I’m still highly productive. So keep licking those boots Karen, nobody cares.
This is the performative culture TIAA wanted to assuage muppets like you. That’s why nothing has happened to the offending badger.
Absolutely you don't like this person since you are spending all your time posing as the badge police...maybe you should get some some work done!!
What's your standing to report this individual? It's the responsibility of the employee's manager and HR to assure compliance with the in office policy, not yours.
@OP I hope the Cyber guys pull your IP address to identify you then open a case against you and you get fired for not minding the business that pays you. What an absolute loser.
Everyone loves a snitch! Came for the comments so I figured I’ll add mine. Lol
This comment section is going to be pleasant.
Thank God we have you, to fight for corporate interests.
When do you get your promotion to the lick-two-boots-at-a-time role?
Are you on your HOA board too? Mind your bizznass Karen.
