I’m seeing an increase in LinkedIn posts of people leaving within the last week or so. Not just a couple here and there, but at least ten. Anyone hearing rumblings of anything?… just a coincidence perhaps?

Half of my US based eng team left after our team took over all support while our TII partner team gets the new shiny development. Writing is on the wall that TGT is trying to drop as many US engineers as possible
All I know is this company doesn’t seem interested in keeping its employees around and seems to actively trying to get us all to quit. I have never felt less valued as an employee, or less heard. I’m certain they want us all to quit so they can replace us with cheaper labor in India
Many of the senior and mid management at DCs have been leaving over the past year. Especially in the area where eliminations are happening - they don’t want to deal with this round, reset, and then have it happen to them. The writing has been on the wall…….Corp is just metering it out. Bu the end of 2027 supply chain will look drastically different, with some buildings seeing substantial downsizing.
People were waiting for their bonus and now they’re done.
