/scrutiny for low completion efficiencies beyond your control?

Not necessarily, but the overall sense of uncertainty, lack of stability, punitive measures, and unrealistic expectations is what makes it unbearable. It’s really a psychological aspect of it.
Just wait until November/december. It gets SO much worse and the quality of patients gets SO much worse. I get so many unsafe visits but go ahead with them because I fear of metrics and getting fired!!
