Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

My RTO tracker updated

It's updated but still wrong, unless I wasn't on network long enough to be tracked. Workday still has the message that things are in progress though. Does anyone know what's going on?

@bd That's great! Mine is either still wrong or they just didn't count most of my days

Why waste $ / Resources on this useless Metric (and call it "Talent and Performance"). NO enterprise in Fortune-500 does this. Its the outdated manufacturing/old industrial production of Goods metric that no one uses in 20th century.

Destined to be dommed..with Talent and Merit exoducs once market improves.

Mine updated but doesn’t have my PTO included at all. No sick or vacation. Yes it is in Workday. So it still looks bad. Not to mention it is still missing days.
Just trying to do my part with mathematical gymnastics here and try to achieve 60.000001!

@OP The fact that there is a tracker speaks volumes to the lack of leadership and their desire to micromanage us until we all quit. This place truly su-ks to work at.

@a2 we've had meetings on it and I saved all the documentation from the last two years. They changed the rules, are lying about changing the rules, and I can prove it. It's been a fun day.

Does anyone have any days logged with either of these conditions?

1) connected to cloud VDI via thin client.

2) connected to cloud VDI via personal laptop on guest network at office
