@2cw Im actively seeking new opportunities, as this company’s environment is extremely toxic. I plan to take every chance to leave. It appears you are comfortable with being asked to take on additional responsibilities without additional pay. Keep in mind that you are just a number ; your salary remains the same even when you go above and beyond your role. While management gets yearly bonuses which they keep silent. Yearly raises equate to your vehicle’s weekly gas tank filled so yea u can keep kissing a-s protecting this POS place.
That is completely untrue. The survey does jot reveal any personally identifiable information. It also returns no information if a manager has fewer than three people on his or her team responding to the survey.
Why are you still here? Take your own advice.
The survey is not secret! Once you voice a complaint, the management immediately knows who you are! The phrase about keeping your friends nearby and your rivals even nearer fits here; if you stay close to your boss, they will reveal information. This place is terrible; they hire many foreign managers and act like they can control you. Quit while u can! use up your PTO, Sick Days and FMLA while you look for a better employment. Give them the middle finger the same way they do everyone! Because Remember at NOV we are family!! Lmao
