They need to go warehouse and stop this nonsense! Liars and compromisers! In denial! Good company when working under competent people. My first 10 years were good. Last 2 have been horrendous.

It’s horrible how they outright lie and manipulate people! Management is horrific, young people taught to take advantage of others as opposed to working together as a team for the common good! They put people against each other and created a toxic work environment for a long time now!
Going warehouse would mean the organizational leadership would have to allow retailers to order on their own. How many accounts do you have that would load their back rooms at quarter close to hit a number for Mondelez? How about none! There’s a reason they don’t want to go warehouse. I was on PTO at quarter close and left my territory in great shape and hit my number, my DM covered for me and told my accounts the warehouse was being closed for a week for routine maintenance and sent two weeks worth of extra product.
What a joke! I came back and told them sorry, my DM lied to you! Pathetic. My accounts just started refusing deliveries.
They really do take advantage of everyone. It's sad. I'm trying to get out at the moment and disappointed I put up w it for so long
As much as I wouldn’t want anyone to lose their job they do need to go warehouse I mean if every restructure they try doesn’t work and mission 1 was a huge clusterfu-k not sure why they wanna make it worse. Glad I got out and hate this company for how it took advantage of me. It’s like when the company was still somewhat ok I was a part timer working close to full time hours not getting any benefits but when mission 1 started they finally tried to get me to go full time after previously being denied and I just feel like I was used by this company the entire time. And all I would hear is “people are looking for other jobs” but it doesn’t seem anyone ever leaves. I’m glad I’m left the only regret I have is not leaving sooner and putting up with me being treated like sh-t.
