Thread regarding Neiman Marcus Group layoffs

Bonuses and Cheating the employees

While the company lost 77 million last month. They asked the court to approve bonuses for 8;employees if certain targets are met in the bankruptcy. Isn't that the top brass job?
Employees on leave of absence right now arent paid what they are actually owed. They are paid a draw instead.
Pretty nasty to do that while employees on medical leave. Is there no level this company and Raemdonck won't stoop to.

Worked at call center in various roles from 1997 to Nov 2025. When layed off signed agreement for 14 weeks severance. Payments stopped when bankruptcy was filed. I am owed 6 wks still. I guess I lose out on what I'm owed while Geoffrey and his friends get millions again (2nd bankruptcy and 2nd time to receive millions in bonuses). Not exactly "Leading With Love". Neiman Marcus was once a good company until they went private. It began a downward spiral. Outsourcing most of their call center to locations outside the US also was and remains a disaster.

This bankruptcy is a sham . We became further irrelevant.
Bloomingdales and Nordstrom have picked up a lot of our sales. We won't get them back
Even Dillards increased in sales .

Is it legal to cheat employees of proper wages during bankruptcy . wonder if the A.D.A. Act addresses this or it received approval from the bankruptcy court. An attorney may be needed
