Anyone know what the acquiring company, chosen outsourcing company, participating companies are for Citi which would allow Citi to revoke severance?

Unless Citi outright buys the company or consultant company (WIPRO, TATA, etc.) OR you work for a consultant AND do work for Citi because Citi IS a client of the consultant, your severance will NOT be reduced or taken away from you.
The above is stated on the Severance/Separation Agreement.
For Tech…. Wipro. Cognizant, TCL. Etc etc. or any company Citi buys in the next 12 months.
