The layoffs keep happening over and over again but somehow the same useless people always remain. You know the type. The ones who've been here two decades, add nothing, and have mastered the art of hiding. They need to go, ASAP. Cut them and bring in people with current skills and actual energy. Fresh talent, not the same old faces doing nothing.

They add nothing, yet the company has made huge profits every year for those two decades they've hung around. Yep, that checks out.

OP what group do you fit in? The clueless who don't really know what other people do and think only you do real work. I would be interested in hearing your coworkers assessment of you. There is probably a target on your back.
