Isn't interesting that HR just sent out a note today on this in advance of the Townhall tomorrow? Have not seen nor heard much from the CEO or any of the elites in many months. Can't wait to hear how great Gainwell is doing and that they are hiring lots of new people, just like the lies from last year.

@1pm they do not give standard cost of living increases. Each year you make less and less. The benefits get worse, working conditions get worse and as we all know management…well. On top of that they keep giving signals to the us workforce that we are not wanted or needed. The States are waking up to the chaos.
@1pm LOL!
Anyone know if we will be receiving raises this year based on our performance evaluations?
@j3 I don’t think there is a misunderstanding. Gainwell is stealing from the states and some employees are choosing to steal from Gainwell. It’s really a sad problem. Gainwell just needs to be shut down. It is creating and training bad employees.
I self-resigned years ago, just never bothered telling anyone.
@h3 I think there is intentional misunderstanding in these threads of what people are doing. At least everyone I know is looking elsewhere but are not planing to self-resign without something else lined up. If Gainwell wants to get rid of me first you bet I want severance and/or unemployment. But if I find something I'm out first chance.
I am so glad to be gone now, it sounds even more awful now, if such a thing could be true. In hindsight, how could anyone think an Indian venture capital company would actually help the US Medicaid beneficiaries? Oh yeah, they can't.
@f8 Not my original comment but Gainwell gets all of their money from tax dollars so it might as well be welfare. It’s taking advantage of a broken system. I would have to agree that it is a very poor strategy. Unemployment will run out and you will be sitting with no job and no income. Besides unemployment only pays pennies compared to a real job.
@f2 it’s not welfare genius. Employers must pay federal unemployment tax.
@ez I am amazed that Gainwell has found such a group of elite workers that are on this platform. Staying just so that you can be fired to potentially get a meager severance and to land on unemployment is a ridiculous strategy. Planning to be on welfare doesn’t even make sense to a logical person.
No sense in having some integrity and finding another job and not relying on the government to take care of you with unemployment.
Glad I left and gave no notice. Toodles
Wouldn’t you be giving up your chance to collect UI and get severance then? Nobody’s going to do that!
@ec it’s called principles. I’m not going to make their jobs easier when they have made mine he77. You never know when sanity might strike. Lol
@dd Well, I too watched that townhall... it was word salad.... a lot was said, but nothing meaningful and nothing about any of the elephants standing around in the virtual company parking lot. Disappointing to say the least, however, they paid me to watch that meeting, so... hey... there's that.
@e3 Staying just so you can be fired is a crazy strategy.
You will be out of a job. No income. No way to support your family. You may get some meager severance but that will get used up while you search for another job. You will have nothing just because you chose to stay and get fired.
I’m not a leader at Gainwell. I’m an ex employee. So glad I left that dumpster fire.
My guess is that the loudest voices on here are coming from leadership. All those “get out now” urgent messages hoping you will quit so severance is not required….leadership? No, sorry c suite if you are going to send all jobs overseas you will have to fire us! No easy way out for you now!!! We are going to stick it out till the last $ has been pulled from under the rug. Good luck!
@df "As part of GWT's scalability initiative, GWT is making it easier than ever for expensive domestic staff to say 'toot-a-loo' to GWT.
@a8 Offshore is where they want people, they hope all of US staff self-terminates.
I'm currently watching the all employees townhall, just waiting to hear about this new self-resignation. However, I doubt any of this will be covered & I'm sure they won't address any rebadging.
Some companies measure employee satisfaction with surveys; this seems to be a new twist: how-to measure employee dissatisfaction? And I have no doubt that there is an AI-driven exit-process receiving the self-resignations. I feel and pray for those still striving to do their best for this dysfunctional company. I escaped years ago; I pray all the good workers have good landings and find a new employer that is worthy of their efforts and loyalty.
As an introvert I give this 2 thumbs up.
@OP The beginning of the end for Gainwell.
They got tired of laying off people - now they want employees to come forward with their own self resignation. Maybe it was “so-called idea” from d-mb HR VPs to get credit and bonus this year.
@OP this is one of the d-mbest things HR mplemented . Tone deaf
Did offshore teams receive this too?
Meet the new boss, WORSE than the old boss.
Yeah honestly a very odd thing to lay out like that in a mass email
