The problem is, even though T follows a most restrictive state policy internally, only California residents have legal standing to challenge this in court. That is why we are pulling out of California as fast as we can.

@ae If T violates legal requirements, they need to be held accountable. Same way when employees violate T policy, employees, are disciplined and/or terminated. Welcome to the world that is a two way street, not just one way as you would like it to be.

California employees en masse need to request what surveillance camera/video captures of them are being held by the company. What needs to be questioned is their frequency and use, and have they received employee consent. I hope this gets traction and the company is subject to as many fines as possible.
