In Bangalore, India - people who faked their resumes with BPO experience are retained. Bright engineers who contributed for the growth with exceptonal tech skills are fired.
people with some BPO working back ground, who were hired long back, promoted to the level of Lead, and account managers, relationship managers are NOT FIRED. But, people who were from top technical colleges, contributed immensely for the growth of the company for years have been laid off.
What's going on. Repeated reminders to HR did nothing in the past. These people are mostly know how to be sycophantic and bribe their managers and HR.
Really wonder how they were hired. Again through HR agents. Do nothing. Go find out who are these people who faked their CVs and joined here years back... JUST FIRE THEM first.

Grand total so far: 30718 reductions; 8760 additions

Some reductions and additions canceled each other out since they happen around the same time time and were not caught by Slack totals sampling not done frequently enough (since I do it manually).

The next SEC 10-k comes out end of May of 2026 for Oracle. You can then lookup the term "employee" to get the real employee count. All else is BS speculation.
