This topic is staying. Why is the CL TV leader allowed to nothing for years?

Too many people doing close to nothing on this team and horrible morale. How long can this last?

This applies to every LOB across the house. All bloated with middle management that doesn't add value. Time to flatten the org structure.

Nothing you say on here matters. The CL leader will remain and continue to do mostly nothing.

They’ll cut most of you.

Audit will continue to have their head in the sand until the next blow up.

The next cycle will start. Go hang out with your family.

Think about other things. History repeats itself non stop. Not your problem. Give your family your best energy and moments.

I sit near two ITV policy people. They do nothing all day long. Browse the internet. They speak to no one. They hide and collect a check.

It’s been like this for years. You can go to any team and find these people. CL is not the only one.

The head of ITv and the CRO are so far removed from what is going on that they have no clue that there are no managers laid off even though their itv org is substantially bloated with them. They have Senior Managers with 1-3 direct reports, Directors with 4 or less, Senior execs outside of hub locations and on and on. That is a drop in the bucket of theFavoritism and nepotism running rampant and it goes on and on.. how are these not ethics concerns?

CL ITV has a director directly supervising a senior manager who was previously their manager and they have worked together for over 20 years and maintain a close personal relationship outside of work. The senior manager used to be a director but got demoted but was able to keep his job because of the gross favoritism and nepotism at play.

Coo itv is a boys and girls club where they all worked in audit together. If you aren’t a favorite of the head of the group you have no shot. The whole org is littered with garbage like this.

@a5 makes life miserable for employees trying to serve clients to keep the lights on in this godforsaken place. they test controls and dramatize the most nit-picky findings in an attempt to justify their own jobs. they're not total a-holes like audit but just ever-present and annoying and pointless. like gnats. no offense.
