Tell me again how American companies aren’t laying off American employees and replacing them with cheap foreign H1Bs.

hopefully this wont get removed.
h1b is usually reserved for not having the talent locally to do the job so you hire from the outside. So, you lay off people doing the current job only to fill the positions with h1b because you don't have the people to do the jobs where you just had the people doing the jobs. THat's messed up and there's nothing American about that. This stinks royally. Best bet now is to work for an Indian contract company.
we need some good law firms to step up and take a lead on tackling this h1b issue.
Politician's are actually unnamed corporate officers. Keep that in mind next time you vote. Whenever they say "we" or "us" they actually mean the corporate interests they represent and no one else. Sad, but true.
I mean, I’m not surprised that capitalism would pursue the cheapest possible option every time.
What does concern me is that the government allows them to do it. And it doesn’t matter which party is in control either.
Businesses donate more than we do to politicians, so they get to write the rules.
The solution is to vote against the incumbent EVERY TIME.
Either party, it doesn’t matter. We need fresh blood, not more of the same.
