This will accelerate the remediation of reg issues and never ending fines.....no executive raises or cash bonuses until all consent orders are remediated and closed. The end.
Time to get serious. How bout a like on this post folks.

Hey Badger,
Only a corrupt WF relic dinosaur that should have been made extinct a long time ago would post your reply
Only an unknowable stooge would post this.
@1jmf+1kna2FGG At some point the regs are going to have to step in and run the place.
Until then their “sign off” only means they agree with the PLAN the company puts forward to resolve or manage its issues. It’s still on the company to actually make good on the plan and produce the expected result.
Think to yourself the last time you remember that happening and ask yourself who’s to blame.
Considering THEIR bonuses are guaranteed they do not care. Its us losers who will get cut
I wish someone would fire everyone at the OCC and CFPB. They were at the center of every instance of bad behavior by the banks. Especially at Wells. Regulators are not just asleep at the wheel. They are actively signing off on what the banks are doing right up until it all falls apart.
Look at what Wells has done with RCSA. Every stop, start, change was approved by the regulators. And still nothing has worked.
lol, they'll get big raises / bonuses again. Let's not pretend that their "needs improvement" quality work will result in anything else. Comp is only impacted by perf if you're a plebe.
It'll be interesting to see what the board does with the c suite comp this year.
How about no executive bonuses and raises for anyone on the risk team until this is all resolved?
Then everyone would leave...can't have that.
I bet nobody would get a bonus then
I like claw-backs, also. Past 10 years on executives.
But, then, I'm a lawyer.
Plus no retroactive awards.
Wishing WSJ would do a full investigative piece on all this bank’s fraudulent and abusive greed-based practices and then close with this OP’s suggestion.
