Has anyone heard of any displacements so far today?
Layoffs never stopped.
We're going on 6 years now of the WF axe blade on our necks, and we're sick of it.

I am. Found a much better job and turning in notice next week.
@2qhf. There is only a one quarter plan. Anything to make the stock price look better that quarter.
Other countries have five, ten and fifty year plans. No wonder we have gotten beat internationally for years now.

The exception is if you’re on fmla or have taken any type of leave over the past two years - then we automatically keep you on so as not to risk lawsuits plus we want to look compassionate as a company.
Is there rhyme or reason to choosing layoffs? I’m starting to wonder. Key people with significant knowledge within subject areas , systems, processes, projects have been let go over the last year leaving even larger risk gaps. It is making me wonder if there is a plan?
