@c7 yup. And the sad thing is most of the bootlickers and sycophants have no clue.

Market based - I do what’s required based on my job description, just like a contract with another business. Want me to go above and beyond, take on additional responsibilities, work extra hours? I expect to be compensated more for that. That’s market based.

Stanks confuses loyalty at slave wages as market based. We are the lowest paid in the industry, that’s a fact. Price shop salaries at T mob, Verizon and others. We are the lowest paid, have to be in the office 5x (they are fully remote or hybrid). These are the facts.

George Orwell saw all this coming. This is the newspeak that the modern despots who rule over us have chosen. "Market based culture" is a laughably accurate example of what the study was talking about. If your supervisors have used that term unironically, they are incompetent bootlickers.

Love this recent example of the Stank word salad. The longer he drones on, the less he makes any sense. He has got the corporate speak down to a science, and we know how ineffective his decision making is.

Recent stank rant supporting corporate BS speak that mwans nothing...

"My belief is that the next chapter is about being the foundation for interconnection and communication in the AI generation. All this infrastructure that's being built to allow for great inference and increasing productivity and people's knowledge: it's got to be connected to the place where the inference is required, to the work process.
