Hearing rumors of 5 days RTO will be coming soon and offshoring fraud operations to Poland? Anyone else heard this or have insight?

@bt, there are 2 or 3 fraud groups for every product. You have monitoring, intake, and claims who works the case. So yes there have been recent layoffs for some groups.
That is not true at all. I work fraud and we had 5 people be laid off and their positions went to Poland. @bt
There hasn’t been layoffs in fraud for over 2 years stop BS-ing.
There's going to be a ton of offshoring coming, but 5 days a week isn't. GK has been very clear about wanting to be known as more "flexible" than her peers.
She'll send 5k+ jobs to India and what little staff left in hubs I guess will get to stay at 3 days a week
Much of fraud Ops have already been offshored to Poland. Several fraud teams there already. More to come I’m sure
