Waiting on evidence they take their fiduciary duties to shareholders seriously at this point. While true, Nike is a publicly traded company… The majority of shareholder voting controlled ownership is with the Knight family.

If Phil (soon Travis) is happy, the board can do whatever they want; with no obligation to the public shareholders that represent a minority.
