AI Orchestrated Layoff ? - Complete InHuman

This Layoff was entirely orchestrated through AI and ML tools inside Oracle. This is the first AI orchestrated layoff completely done end to end in IT industry. The mail were scheduled on time, the slack channel were turned off (Just like last time). but all the rest of orchestration like monitoring a person in his laptop, blocking all access, automated mail access removal and shut down of mail and finally laptop shutting down.
Automated Severance calculation and everything goes smooth.

But the way Layoff was conducted was totally InHuman and people who worked 15+, 20+ years or 30+ years deserve some respect and it could have been handled better. They were thrown like bread crumbs.

@17j I am sure you can ask someone in HR to negotiate. Their answer will be: you have your severance offer, take it or leave it.

This is just the begining of the end... AGI will end humanity as we know it. We truly are entering a new chapter in human evolution (obsolescence). In time we will all suffer the same fate. LE and all trllionaires like Be$os, Alt#man, Huang, Zuck8erg call on us to be optimistic, understanding, enthusiastic for the apocalypse of mankind.

But you don’t have to take the AI severance. Negotiate and get a better deal. It is possible.Convert your frustration into legally sound complaints of discrimination that you can come up with. Then write or talk to them about it before signing away your right sue. Most of the time you can double, triple or even quadruple your severance
