My worthless boss was let go, I’d be lying if I wasn’t kicking my feet, he was a micromanaging tyrant who let go of the manager who hired me about 18 months ago.
oh thats definitely coming. This isnt the last layoff this year, they have been pretty open about that. Theres another one coming in 3 months. I hear in my org we wont have any hiring at all this year, even with some teams decimated.
Management skill sets are worthless. Luckily the trench diggers are able to find a job easily.
