Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Yep, but they brought in another person who has no fu--ing clue about Safety. For once, I would like to see someone who has made it their career end up in a role where actual knowledge of the field would benefit the company (this goes for all leadership positions and not just Safety). But once again, let’s treat it as an “anyone can do it” a position. Get ready for more platitudes and slogans without any real change.

TP was great to work for. Glad I EOI’d last year before the big beautiful bull d-ke arrives un ‘goula. No leadership skills at all. She was a laughing stock during her last stop at the refinery level. How do you go from corporate HSE to Refinery? Wonder who she pi—ed off

For MB, a 'promotion' to the refinery gulag... I'm guessing she refused to retire or quit on her own.

TP was actually a good guy. Sorry to see him go. I can't speak to the others but, based off the trajectory of Chevron, I am sure they are awful.
