So it's pretty clear with this big AI push theyll be measuring usage soon as part of performance, does anyone know what metrics they are using?

They said we had to have a AI goal this. Year. So I used AI to write my goals. Done and done.

It's already kind of baked into ours...and they're making it sound like using it for meeting notes and transcription isn't "good enough".
Meanwhile I spend all day doing things that it cannot help with, in any capacity.
