It would take a miracle worker to turn this ship around.

@OP Nothing will change internally because all that's happened is that the Board replaced the Xerox Country Club with the Lexmark Country Club - different accent but same attitude.
Wrong! EVERYTHING is about to change. Dont you know who the Xrx chairman is?
The Deason family wants out. The way out with max money at this stage is to sell the limoing cripled child that is Xerox to the only organization in the world that might want and bevable to benefit from it . . . That would be Fuji Film.
@da LP worked for Icahn before coming to Xerox.
Rebadging of HCL employees is happening. That is change. Haha. Come on back, misery loves company
Was sb the last of the I con appointed sc-m?
yes, misleading investors is fraud. Unless the investors were told also. We didn't start Xerox Financial Services, and our first customer was Lexmark, for no reason.
@a5 If that's always been the plan but with statements to investors counter to that, could it be viewed as fraud?
Well said…Just wish people would have realized some of this months, if not years ago.
Everytime I warned people. Everyone looked at me like I am a competitor and trying ruin their lives.
Not a competitor, more a spectator at this point. Sometimes others can see things that are hard to see when you are stuck in the moment, in a pending train wreck Just saying….
@a5 Maybe, but reputational damage is done. What IT buyer, including equipment purchases, wants to trust a 5 yr contract to a business with shaky finances? HP looks like a much safer buyer decision for ones career.
Where we are now, that was the plan. Heist of the century. All the top brass have fallen off over the past few years and collected a nice sum on the way out. Bandy was the latest, he's waxin for life now, golden parachute must have been extra heavy today. Louie was brought back a few years ago and currently is here to just steer us into the abyss, he will leave also with a nice payday and the entire company gets handed over to Lexmark top people who have been slowly falling into place.
Don't believe me? Who is currently being shuffled into place, and what copier/printer portfolio are we currently selling?
Xerox just becomes Lexmark. The PEF gets a nice stack of intellectual property to use the Xerox name.
This has always been the plan.
