Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What are we doing?

Not layoff related so I apologize for that. But it is getting exceedingly difficult to see a winning strategy with this bold move, Cotton.

"As competition heats up, AT&T’s postpaid phone churn (the percentage of customers who cut their phone service) hit 0.98% in the fourth quarter of 2025, up from 0.85% in the same quarter a year earlier, according to the company’s most recent earnings report."

Imagine that . . . Stankey turns AT&T into a commodity seller and now the company is entering into a price war. Another Biz 101 failure by AT&T leadership.

This is Stank's market culture. Scr@w over employees, scr@w over customers.

The company doesnt care about retention, both employees and customers. They are desperate to increase cashflow to give to stockholders. At the moment, AT&T is still spitting stable cashflow. Boring. Stale…. but spits money. If this continues, as I predicted, more layoffs, freeze, more morale abuse OR company gets gutted piece by piece. There is no plan.
