@dg draft a rebuttal and send it to Records Management inbox for your region (can find in Circuit), cc your hr rep. Probably not worth it unless you’re concerned with certain types of roles in the future.
I was the victim of some BS “administrative calibration” per my manager. Never had any negative feedback or major issues cited in 1:1s, no written warnings, nothing. Even got a raise, regular bonus, etc. Issued a BE saying my contributions were not ‘visible’ but also the execs twisted their arms to force ranks. Never had a bad performance rating my whole career. Gave my two weeks, sent the letter to the inbox disputing, and got confirmation it was added few days before my last day and bounced. Glad I didn’t even bother with a full year there playing politics.
Def Met has very bad quality and not functioning well for TD. This is one of the reason that Intel foundry is falling behind more and more.
Def Met as always is safe and growing!
