I got laid off in Jan and still have not received my severnace and vacation. I reached out to Hr but not received a response. Anyone I can reach out to? How hard is it to pay someone after 60 day notice, its not like my end date was a suprise to anyone.

@14z It was accrued but unused vacation: The vacation I had rolled over from 2025, and vacation I accrued in 2026 from Jan 1 through 3/17/26 (date of termination).
Was vacation payout for the full year?
I also was RIFd mid Jan, non working notice through mid March. Received 2025 bonus on March 20. Received last paycheck and vacation payout on March 27. Now waiting on severance. In Florida.
@a3 I was laid off January 16th too with a 2 month notice period that ended march 16th. My check last week did not include any pto etc. It was a normal check. Any contact with HR?
@w8 According to previous posters on this board, it can take up to 2 months after your termination date to get your lump sum severance.
I signed the agreement like 2 months back. I'm missing vacation and actual severnace pay.
OP, did you not receive your severance check or your severance agreement? The correct HR address is given in bold print in the severance agreement.

@OP I got laid on 1/16/26 and got my PTO, CO PTO, vacation and last 7 non-working days today. I am in FL
