Ask Termination

FIS Managers are going to provide severance to their buddies, Then those buddies will be hired directly as consultants with FIS.

If you are not in good books with your managers, they are going to transfer you to third rated staffing company COGNIZANT. After a while, FIS will ask cognizant to replace you with low cost H1B visa holder.

@az It may look like that on the surface, but Trump still answers to business owners who want cheap labor. So H1Bs and other visas are definitely an issue for US employees who want jobs. Its a much bigger issue in this country than people think.

Instead of H1B , Cognizant can bring them on L1(company transfer) and it doesn't come under H1B 100k rule. Even FIS brought lot of people on L1 from India.

I don't understand the talk regarding H1-B folk taking jobs. The administration change with Trump has actually made it much more expensive for most companies to be doing it, promoting US jobs. FIS will likely shy away from H1-B as much as possible, much like other companies.
