I am hearing from people that Stephanie Farris purchased a large amount of FIS stock Monday, the day before the layoffs happened. Has anyone else heard this?

Hasn’t been a good investment for her so far
March 5, 2026 there is filling with the SEC to purchased 19,846 shares @$50.39, appx $1M. Outstanding shares owned 281,458
It was not on Monday, and unfortunately it is completely legal for her to do that. Dystopian feelings across the entire org right now.
