@e1 I was termed for IM's and YOU CANNOT return. I complained to HR and got the confirmation. Let this sink in..This is happening to a lot of people and they have shared on this board. This is happening at other companies. The job market is horrible. Corporate world has devolved into madness.
People who are termed for performance are eligible for rehire. Of course, you have to be really stupid to get fired here and then want to come back.
I didn’t know you could come back if terminated for cause.
I would not work for this terrible firm. I am not a fan of Charlie Scharf or his incompetent financial advisors. I won't comment on his religion except to say, his greediness and idiocy are unsurprising.

You are sc--wed in this economic environment. If you are in a big/small city. Wherever you apply if it’s financial services will will know someone who worked @WF to find out why you was terminated.
