What did our group get? Nada. Well, GKs heartfelt message was something.
Not sure in what area you people work, but in my area the management team made a serious effort to show its appreciation, and I appreciate them for doing it. Yeah, the Gunjan email was trash, but not all parts of the bank do it in the same way.
They've done that stuff forever. I recall a few years ago we got a USB power/charge hub and a wireless speaker. Sounds cool, right? Nah, both were worse than Temu quality. I mean the cheapest plastic possible. Seriously, the speaker got so hot when charging the plastic gave off that, "I'm not melting, but I'm going to get real brittle and crack in about a week" kind of smell. The charger looked really sketch as well. Bad enough that there's no way I'd plug it in at home. They ended up sitting in my desk drawer. Left them there when I got laid off. Yeeehaw.
And, anything you did get, your manager paid for with their own money.

@OP I know several people who were impacted by Q1 reduction in force activities, and their last day was March 6th aka Employee Appreciation Day.
She’s a bi--h. What else did we expect? Now let’s treat her like she treats us. Only fair to return the favor to her and the cult MC.
