Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Gunjan Salary

Want to hear a joke? Gunjan made 16 million in total pay last year. My best friend JR made 10 million. Meanwhile the people whose hard work this company made record-breaking profits on are told that the money isn't there for bonuses or raises. Employee appreciation week? Here's a bag of doritos, have fun. Tech isn't working correctly? Can't afford to fix it.

Bunch of undeserving piles of worthless trash those two are. Eat cr-p.

@OP That’s interesting, especially if she’s earning that much. 🤔 I wonder what the strategy is behind outsourcing roles and letting key people go, it seems counterintuitive on the surface.

Ah yes. I feel so appreciated by receiving a mass email drafted by AI after receiving a cr-ppy merit and both bonus pools being less than 100%.

Karma is coming, it always does

Millions in the bank, but there are janitors and housekeepers at Nicollett and the Plaza that have more respect from the U.S. Bank talent and rank and file

You guys got bags of Doritos? I didn’t even get an AI written, mass-email.

It’s definitely annoying. I received no merit increase for meaningful work. So meaningful it doesn’t deserve a raise but the rich keep enriching themselves and do a sh---y job. We lack technology, our salaries are low and common sense is gone completely. As long as Gunjan is happy and thriving then who cares.
