@a1 what if you go to Cognizant what is the package since you are a contractor? Is it the same pay and vacation and benefits?

@ab yes, the breakout seems to be for those being moving over to the contracting companies.

@a4 don't assume anything yet. It's too close to the initial call to make an assumption. Someone said there is a manager call in 30 mins. So it would likely be after that. These things can take all day or even days.

They basically told us what was already discussed on here. They're going to keep essential roles, outsource non-essential roles. And scrap anything they dont need.

So they can upscale and downscale as necessary.

You'll either be in a breakout call (safe) or get a call from your manager (not good), next
